Cancellations

• Participants may change or cancel a registration for a full refund by contacting Education Associate Joshua Pennington via email or through the Contact Form on the previous page.
• Cancellations must be received one week prior to the class session for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within one week of the cancellation.

COVID-19 Policy 

• Midsommer Flight recommends that you be fully vaccinated and boosted. Starting in 2024, we will not be requiring proof of vaccination nor the usage of masks during the class sessions.
• If you would like to wear a mask during class, please feel free to. 
• Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at the Flight Deck space for use.
• If you are not feeling well, please stay home.

Image Release Consent

• By participating in class, you also agree to our image release consent agreement. 
• This agreement states that Midsommer Flight has your permission to use your photograph or likeness publicly to promote our classes and programs. 
• You understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, email promotions, social media posts, and on our website. 
• You understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to you by reason of such use.

Student Pricing

Pricing is split into three tiers:

• ONE-TIME WORKSHOPS: $40, $50, or $75
• 6-WEEK CLASSES: $250, $325, or $400

Ticket tiers are our attempt at creating a structure that accounts for the wide range of incomes within our community. There are a limited number of slots available for Tier 1 and Tier 2. This is an honor system. When choosing your ticket tier, we trust you to do what is right for you and your community.
