Cancellations

• Participants may change or cancel a registration for a full refund by contacting Education Associate Ebby Offord via email or through the Contact Form on the previous page.
• Cancellations must be received one week prior to the class session for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within one week of the cancellation.

COVID-19 Policy 

• Midsommer Flight recommends that you be fully vaccinated and boosted. Starting in 2024, we will not be requiring proof of vaccination nor the usage of masks during the class sessions.
• If you would like to wear a mask during class, please feel free to. 
• If you are not feeling well, please stay home.

Image Release Consent

• By participating in class, you also agree to our image release consent agreement. 
• This agreement states that Midsommer Flight has your permission to use your photograph or likeness publicly to promote our classes and programs. 
• You understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, email promotions, social media posts, and on our website. 
• You understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to you by reason of such use.

Student Pricing

Pricing is split into three tiers. Ticket tiers are our attempt at creating a structure that accounts for the wide range of incomes within our community. There are a limited number of slots available for Tier 1 and Tier 2. This is an honor system. When choosing your ticket tier, we trust you to do what is right for you and your community.
