Come learn the basics of broadsword in this one-day, three-hour workshop!
From the climactic duel between Macduff and Macbeth, to the fields of Agincourt, the “Broadsword” has long been a staple weapon of stage combat in Shakespeare’s plays. This class will aim to familiarize you with the basics of attacking, parrying, and the style of Theatrical Broadsword. Come and see why a weapon that is anything but slow features so heavily in some of the most pivotal moments the Bard ever wrote.
